Return Dealbreakers

To make sure your return is accepted:

• Keep it fresh: No makeup, perfume, deodorant or mystery smells.
• Packaging matters: Keep the original packaging in good condition, with no tape, stickers or damage.
• Tags on, no damage: Items must be unworn, unscuffed and have all original tags attached.
• Armour must be returned: Please note that all armour originally included with your jeans must be returned. If the armour is not included, your refund will be reduced by the cost of the missing armour.

Faulty Items & Warranty

If you believe your item is faulty, don’t send it through the Returns Portal.

Instead, submit a request to our team with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the fault where possible.

We’ll review the details and let you know what happens next.

Confirmed manufacturing faults are covered by our 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by acid, chemicals, misuse, normal wear and tear or alterations.
